Sediko is an accomplished and highly skilled leader with a proven record of success in stakeholder relations, community development, conflict transformation, and management. He has extensive experience in strategic partnerships, corporate governance, social and ethics, human capital, and transformation.
Sediko has held leadership positions in various companies, including De Beers Managed Group Operations, Bushveld Minerals, Wesizwe/Bakubung Platinum Mine, AngloGold Ashanti-South Africa, Tshikululu Social Investments, Ndlovu Care Group, Gauteng Department of Social Development, LoveLife Trust, Sports Coaches Outreach, Barney Molokoane Soccer Academy and Bophelo-Impilo school.
An experienced Non-Executive Director, who was appointed by the State President as per the recommendation of the National Assembly of South Africa, to serve as a part-time Commissioner of the Commission for Gender Equality for a 5 (five) years term that ended in October 2022. Also, through the approval of the Cabinet of South Africa, he was appointed by the Minister of Human Settlements to serve as a member of the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) Board of Directors. The term at CSOS ends in December 2024.
A scholar in his own right, Sediko holds several academic qualifications, most notably, a Master’s in Conflict Transformation and Management from Nelson Mandela University, a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of South Africa (UNISA), B. Tech in Education Management from UNISA, a National Diploma in Child and Youth Development from the Unisa, and Sports Management Diploma from Boston City Campus.

A strong proponent of lifelong learning, he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Conflict Transformation and Management at Nelson Mandela University and, a Bachelor of Arts Honours in International Politics at UNISA and continues to attend various workshops/seminars to learn and share knowledge.
